Why cant i get a girlfriend?

im no ladies man by any means but I do get girls but the seem like they only want to be friends with benefits never my girlfriend I even had this girl that wanted to talk to me for years so we start talking we talk for 2 weeks we talked like we was already together but out of no where she just stop talking. I can get the women mess around with them but can neva turn them in to girlfriends
