Yellow Discharge, what could it be?

So yesterday I noticed this abnormal discharge. It's white/pale yellow..no smell whatsoever and it doesn't itch or anything down there. It looks kind of like mucus. When I touch the discharge, it kind of feels/looks like toilet paper. I've also been feeling the same kind of mucus/phlegm in my throat. I'm wondering if it's some sort of infection or STD?
