How do I set up a marine fish tank? 10 points for best answer?

you seem like you know what your doing. i havent set up a tank in a while but you want to start with like 15 pounds of live rock and then add as you go. go bigger than 30 gallons! you need 4 gallons of water per 1 inch of fish.
