Cellist Question: Which book would you buy?

I am going to learn �l�gie opus 24 (Gabriel Faur�) with my instructor. I can either purchase Suzuki Cello School, Volume 8 or Elegie, Opus 24. Price is not an object in this, and I just need to know which would be easier to learn from, considering the difficulty of the song(: thanks!
