Head gasket set and timing set because i cant find a motor?

ok. i have a 2.4L 4 cyl pontiac grand am. I live in mississippi and i think i have called every salvage yard here and also auto shop. Everyone has told me that id be LUCKY to find a new motor for this car because everyone is looking for that same part and there are no more left. I need my car fixed ASAP. Before i started looking for a motor i was told i need a new head gasket set and all parts (head gasket too) and a timing set. OR id be better off getting new motor. Well it looks like i only have the option of buying the parts. My question is, HOW MUCH IS LABOR for someone to put these parts on for me??
