Is being racist a mental illness?

cause think about it, what are the feelings inside racism; fear, hate to the unknown, stereotypes, tension against a certan appearence, insecurity.....i think before back when hilter was a dictator and whatnot it wasnt much of a mental thing cause i think hilter just wanted power and wanted to empowered the world, but nowadays that all that crap is over why is there still racism?my conclusion is it's a mental disorder.
