Would you ever stuff your animal?

It randomly occurred to me that I don't know if I could handle letting my cat rot in the ground. But then again, how morbid is it to get her stuffed when she dies? I was thinking a sleeping position lol so it wouldn't be freaky...she's my first pet...but I can't decide how weird it is.
