We adopted our youngest daughter when she was 11yrs. old. She is now 17yrs. old. She has fetal alcohol syn.?

Her case is a mild case, (no facial deformities) but she has other problems. She has learning disabilities, doesn't think before doing etc. I have tried and tried to find help for her. She is a very pretty,bright and articulate girl. She just can't learn to read past a 4th grade level. And things such as money managment are a nightmare. I need to know where to turn next. Are there agencies that help in the long term with kids like this?
