Wats dis behaviour called?

well its abt ma teacher......hmm... its the same old story the teacher keeps on starin wen i go to his chamber or in the cl... hel take atleast 5 min to talk and he jus keeps starin,,well hes quite a old guy and i respect him....so is he actin strange or its common.........????
