he reported to Electric co. 800$ bill she put in his name 1 year after divorce, they wanted police report, he goes to police station for that area, they said he needs to go to one in his area, in the mean time she moves to new location he recieves 600$ cable bill full of adult pay per view fees she ran up at 2nd house, now she has moved 3rd time, i told him he better check her address for bills in his name at local utitiliy companies. in divorce decree it says they are each responsible for thier own bills.She doesnt let him see his only daughter for his visits, they have court ordered visitation. When he calls the police to asist him at her home with visitation enforcement, she retaliates later by calling the police and get a restraining order saying hes threatning her.He went to court on this matter of visitation and this judge surprised him by awarding him sole custody after she didnt show up for three continued court dates.During this time she called DCFS on his current girlfriend saying her children were neglected and made charges of child abuse with his daughter that was investigated and ruled unfounded. Her lawyer said she wasnt served properly so the whole thing was overturned.Now hes back to square one of her refusing his visits again. He doesnt have money for Lawyer hes on disability, but he really wants to be a father to his daughter. Shes playing a game of if you dont want to be with me im going to make your life hell, its a big hot mess what should he do? shes willing to lie to the police to keep control
