Help! Pregnancy question!!?

ok on march 10 i found out i was pregnant by a home pregnancy test and took a blood test to confirm it and i had low hcg levels, then a week later i bled and got another blood test done and they said the hcg levels went way down and the doctor said it must have been a miscarriage, but i havent had my period since i bled two months ago and i took 2 home pregnancy tests today and it says pregnant.. am i pregnant or what? somebody help could i t be the same pregnancy and they made a mistake or a whole nother pregnancy entirely??
