Healthy snacks? Can you give me some ideas!?

I always seem to get hungry at work from 2-4 before I go out! I tend to workout after work, but going on a semi empty stomach is not good! I have been trying to eat more smaller meals a day, so my lunch is only one of those lean cuisine things. What can I eat to munch on just to satisfy my stomach until after the gym and I can make dinner? I already take 1 scoop of whey protein in the morning, and 2 after I work out, so that's probably not an option as I would be getting 75g of protein just from that. Or should I just have more protein?
