Could i get a uplift on the nhs?

i dont want any implants as i am a 32ff bra size but i am only 18, i had a baby at 15 and find my very heavy and saggy. they depress me and i think they are ugly. i cant even take my, now 3 yr old swimming as the thought of people looking at me repulses me. i cant get changed in front of people or let my boyfriend see me.i even struggle to find clothes and bras that look right on me. i would love to have an uplift, i dont have much money being a single parent and i live on my own with my daughter, otherwise i would pay and try to go abroad to get it done.can anyone advise me on what to do please?thank you
